We work closely with our suppliers in early days of Covid-19 spread to ensure sufficient supply of our product and consumables. This action minimized the impact of our product supply chain and guaranteed we have sufficient raw materials supply and safety stock. Therefore, the selling price of our products, including printers and ink cartridges, will remain at the same price.
However, we recommend partners can restocking consumables as a contingency plan during this moment.
Service & Support:
We have taken steps to protect our communities’ and employees’ health at all our facilities while ensuring that our customer service and technical support teams remain fully staffed and available to assist via our regular channels.
